Lamborghinis don’t have best track record when it comes to accidents lately. We recently saw the remains of the Huracan involved in the supercar smash-up with the Ferrari 458 in Vancouver.

Then there was the idiotic student who wrecked the Lamborghini Aventador SV in the London street race. And of course not forgetting the senseless, deliberate destruction of the Lamborghini Murcielago in Taiwan.

This latest incident captured by the passer-by in Poland shows yet another Aventador get banged up in the traffic accident. The video shows the Italian supercar get hit by another car at the intersection, but it’s difficult to tell who was to blame.

Fortunately, there were no injuries and the impact of the collision wasn’t very severe as both cars weren’t travelling at high speed – the Aventador even managed to come to the complete stop, but it was too late to avoid getting struck by the passing car.

Despite a low speed of the crash, the gold Avendator sustained some hefty damage to a right front-end, tarnishing its exquisite looks. Judging from the photos of the accident, it’ll probably need the new front bumper, right fender, right headlight, the hood and other repairs.

Fortunately, this means its mid-mounted, 6.5-liter naturally-aspirated V12 engine capable of 690 hp shouldn’t be affected, and the extensive repair bill probably isn’t the best start to the new year this Lamborghini owner could have hoped for.
