With the Dodge Challenger GT AWD, the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has America’s only all-wheel drive muscle coupe in its arsenal, while its success has yet to be determined, FCA is understandably proud of it.
In the first commercial for this model, dubbed Russia, Dodge took the all-wheel drive Challenger to wintry conditions of Alaska.
According to an old wives tale, there is the certain point in the Alaska where you can almost see Russia and the commercial plays on this, saying that if that’s true, and then Russia can certainly hear America thanks to the Challenger.
Discussing the model, FCA North America head of passenger vehicles Tim Kuniskis said With its iconic muscle car design, 305 hp and all-wheel-drive capability, the new Dodge Challenger GT is now the most exciting all-weather daily driver – and even if you live in Alaska.
With the Challenger GT joining a Dodge Charger AWD, Dodge offers the only vehicles that combine that visceral muscle car attitude without sacrificing practicality and the all-weather security.
Beyond its all-wheel drive system that borrows components from the Charger, the Challenger GT AWD uses the 3.5-liter Pentastar V6 with 305 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque.
That is sooo crazy. More crazyness in the next video below!
