This 1958 Volkswagen Beetle may look like something that needs some work but taking a closer look reveals a setup all part of what makes it cool. It’s a build that’s a tasteful showcase of looking junk while being glamorous every rat rod and VW bug fan will surely love.
The body of this Beetle wears a patina that gives it the crappy look. Well, junk is an adjective you can associate only with the paintwork as the stance this car has is a true killer. It rides low to the ground and is matched by some cool flat black wheels. The safari window in the front end is a cool addition too.
Going inside is where the glam starts without losing the patina setup. It has a splendid combo of rust and white faux fur. I do not know who else would’ve thought of combining that but cool is cool! It has a striking shifter and boasts an 1800 watts top-of-the-line stereo system.
This build is propelled by a 4-cylinder 1915cc stroker motor which started its life as a 1600cc motor. It’s able to churn out 130 HP, a huge upgrade from the standard 35 HP.
